KIVO ACTIVE offers free standard shipping for retail orders within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Please note:

  • No minimum purchase is required for eligible standard retail orders.

  • Overnight, same-day, and express delivery are not available.

  • International shipping, including shipping to the United States, is not offered.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, and other circumstances.

Bulk and wholesale orders may be subject to separate delivery arrangements and charges, as communicated before order confirmation.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted to kivoactive@outlook.com with the relevant order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may instead refer to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Approved cancellations of prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
